Refund Policy

Refund & Subscription Policy: Six-month memberships are eligible for a full refund if a request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, and once a billing cycle begins, refunds will not be issued for that billing period. Members may upgrade their membership at any time. For monthly memberships, the full price of the upgraded tier will be charged at the time of upgrade and previous subscription payments will not be prorated or credited toward the new tier. For 6-month memberships, if a member upgrades during an active subscription, the unused portion of the current plan will be applied as a credit toward the upgraded tier, and a new 6-month membership period will begin at the time of the upgrade, with the member responsible only for paying the difference between the upgraded plan price and the remaining credit. If a member chooses to downgrade, the current tier will remain active until the end of the existing billing cycle, after which the membership will switch to the lower tier and the new lower price will apply. Members may cancel their subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms, including the billing structure, upgrade and downgrade conditions, and refund limitations, and agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for transactions that comply with this policy. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside of these terms.
